		<description>&lt;p&gt;Hmm . . . I&#039;m going to go think out of the box here and support Option #1.  The close-up of the Ubiquibot makes him (it?) seem smiling, friendly and helpful.   The other two, while they are &quot;full headshots,&quot; (supposedly a good design choice) make Ubiquibot look like a cold, balding nerd.  No offense to any cold, balding nerds out there.  :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I love the new Logo and it has been very well designed. But it isn&#039;t very memorable as Icon.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No. 1 falls out of the competition, because in my opinion, every icon, which cuts off the sides of an image isn&#039;t appealing at all. It looks cheap and feels cheap (bad design). 
No. 2 and 3 on the other hand are just too similar to choose a winner from ;-)&lt;/p&gt;
